‘Valencia CF visits your school’ kicks off a new season in Torrent
The Club will visit twelve schools with special attention to the centres affected by the flash floods
Valencia CF wish all the best to Atletico Madrid player Thomas Lemar, who was stretchered off in the game held on Saturday afternoon. Initial reports state that the midfielder has suffered a serious injury to his achilles tendon, potentially requiring a long spell out of action.
The player was applauded off by the fans at Mestalla, in a show of respect typical of Valencianistas.
The game coincided with the return of supporters to the Grada de Animación stand, where they had received a two-match ban -contested by the club- due to the racist behaviour of three supporters who have subsequently received a lifetime ban.

VCF World
Valencia CF this week launched VCF WORLD, a new project that aims to raise awareness of racism and prevent, educate and act against all types of abuse and discrimination.
The initiative includes the publication of a decalogue for behaviour to combat discrimination, drawn up by Valencia CF and the psycho-education department of the VCF Academy.
